My Name is Rhonda...and I'am a Copy Cat Aholic. I just can not stop copying other bloggers great ideas. {Please forgive me, as, I do have some great ideas of my own sometimes!}
To give credit....I copied the birdbath from Salvage Dior's blog, and the bottles, that are everywhere from Coastal Charm.I already had plans to make the bottles..Just got hung up on soldering...just could'nt do it. I Already had the broken iron bird thingie and pot and plenty of rocks that are weighing it in.
So, now you know..the rest of the story!!
Rhonda
When I was a little girl, I would pick weeds, (I thought they were flowers), all clinched in my fist, I would give them to my mother, in a vase the little weeds would live, until.. It made me feel good inside. As an adult, I still pick weeds, by picking ugly or castoff item's and creating something nice and useful. It still makes me feel good inside.

You do a great job of copying. After all, that really is the greatest form of flattery. Your "copies" are gorgeous. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteHey Rhonda, nice copy job. That's what we are all here for and that's to inspire others to create. They say that copying is a form of flattery.

Oh Rhonda,
ReplyDeleteat least you give credit where credit is due! Nice job! Ps, I love that you picked weeds and your mom put them in a vase. What a sweet picture of mom love! I am guilty as well, I grow "weeds" in my flower garden right alongside my roses! (Queen Anne's Lace) I think they are just lovely!
I can give you some soldering pointers if you would like...!
Sparkly hugs,
Tobi and the Pixies!
I love your copied ideas!! That's what blogs are for....right? At least you can look at others' ideas and put your own spin on it!

Hey girlfriend! :)
ReplyDeleteI think that's why we all blog...so other people can take our ideas and use them..or vice versa. I take inspiration from other's ideas too...it's so nice to see something that makes the wheels in my brain turn! I usually tweak their ideas a little to make it my own, that makes it even more fun!
I like the ideas you borrowed..they look nice. :)
Hope you have a great week my friend!
missy
I am always inspired by other people's projects! Whether from catalogs, blogs, or magazines, the ideas are endless!!
ReplyDeleteVery cute - and we all do the same - I am sure people have copied many of your ideas as well!!
ReplyDeleteWow, everything looks so lovely and shabby. How about you are so inspired, you know, instead of copy catting ;).
ReplyDeleteHello Miss Rhonda,my name is Irma and I'm a copyholic too :(
ReplyDeleteI was actually shopping the flea market with Miss Kate when she purchased that beautiful display from Rose @ The Tarnished Crown, that thing was heavy ;/
Kate is a sweetheart and is used to having people copy her style, so know that you're not alone. I guess it's her own fault for being so DARN GOOD! lol
Take care
