When I was a little girl, I would pick weeds, (I thought they were flowers), all clinched in my fist, I would give them to my mother, in a vase the little weeds would live, until.. It made me feel good inside. As an adult, I still pick weeds, by picking ugly or castoff item's and creating something nice and useful. It still makes me feel good inside.

MY JAR FULL OF MY GRANDMAS VINTAGE LACE
Well, yes, I did "borrow" the idea from the Fall/Winter Romantic Country 2009 magazine, but, FiFi, won't mind at all!! Actually, mine is different, I added lace and ribbon and hydrangea's and white balls, tied vintage lace with a white ornament ball to the lid, I also added a vintage finger towel hanging on the side.....theirs has ribbon and some flowers. Basically the same concept. Pretty and "special" all the same. I bought the 2 gallon jar at Walmart and I had the "rest of the story". Thanks Yall!! Rhonda
